Each year, in May, thanks to the technique of nomadic beekeeping, this apiculture company brings its apiaries (500 beehives) to Il Ciocco, where they remain until September. Here, in the midst of nature and far from any source of pollution, the bees produce high quality honey in different varieties that derive from monofloral selections (acacia, chestnut and woodland honeydew).
